How to prevent COVID-19 naturally with Zinc
Zinc is a very important nutrient for the immune system, like vitamin D, it helps regulate immune function, so it helps protect you from viral infections. Reduces the severity and duration of viral infections, it’s also an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.

Treatment (first 3 days of symptoms)
Vitamin D: (10 000 – 30 000)UI/Day, for 3–5 days
Zinc: 30mg 3x/Day, for 3–5 days
Vitamin C: take citrus or vitamin C all day long.
Take a zinc ionophore to help your body absorb and have bioavailability of zinc, some natural ionophores are:

How to use hydrogen peroxide to treat COVID-19
